FAQ's

1. What are herbs?

Herbs are plants that have medical or curative effects, producing healing and providing health maintenance. There are some plants with the ability to repair damage, some that restore and support function, and some that relieve symptoms. They are the natural substances that manufactured pharmaceutical medications imitate.

2. What’s the difference between an herb and a spice?

Spices are culinary plants that enhance or compliment the taste of foods. Spices can be used individually, such as cinnamon, or combined to make a particular taste, such as “curry”. However, all of nature’s plants have some sort of physiological effect; cayenne lends heat and enhances flavor, can make your nose and eyes run, while repairing thyroid function, purifying your blood, and reducing ulcers. Herbs can be both flavorful and medicinal.

3. How does my body know what to do with herbs?

Just like your body knows and uses individual nutrients from food as fuel to provide daily energy, it knows how to use medicinal properties from herbs for healing and sustaining life. Nature’s elements are beneficially compatible with our organic bodies. Since every dis-ease begins as a digestive system malfunction, with the resulting malnourishment, pathogens, damage, and dysfunction producing symptoms, the inherent blueprint of your genetic code always directs your body to choose and use organic elements from herbs for healing.

4. Does digestion play a role in healing?

Digestion is THE most important part of any healing process. If we take supplements or eat foods loaded with vitamins, minerals, or other nutrients, but we are incapable of digesting their properties, they are eliminated as waste or, more often than not, are stored and putrefy, becoming toxic and producing off-gasses that travel and lodge in weak places of the body, producing dis-ease symptoms, i.e. asthma, diabetes, cancer, etc. Regardless of the amounts or types of supplements or nutrients we consume, if we cannot digest and utilize their content we are causing harm, stress, or damage to organs or systems function. Fully functional digestion insures usage of nutrients and health. Pancreas directs all digestive processes: use thyme to repair it and red kidney beans to boost its function.

5. How do herbs work?

Specialized herbs have properties that provide missing, deficient, or inhibited elements that the body needs to repair damage and restore function. Damage repair is paramount for true healing, and restoring function in hormone producing glands, organs and systems is what the human body is designed to achieve. By providing usable resources the body will remove blockages, eliminate pathogens, repair damage and restore full function. This results in the elimination of symptoms, including pain and swelling, and the dis-easement is healed, starting you on a path toward vitality and peak performance.

6. How much should I take?

If you are using Peak Frequency Plant Therapy herbs, the suggested amounts are as follows:

Single herbs – 10-15 drops with breakfast and dinner Light
Center Formulas – 5-15 drops with breakfast and dinner
Hormone Boosters – 10-15 drops with breakfast and dinner
Acute Formulas – 5-20 drops with breakfast and dinner (may be used hourly in small doses for acute conditions)
Relief Formulas – 10-30 drops with breakfast and dinner
Vitamins and Minerals – 10-15 drops with breakfast and dinner
B-complex with potassium – 30-60 drops with breakfast and dinner

7. When will I see results?

Some herbs will provide immediate results, especially those that reduce symptoms, while other herbs work at deeper levels, unseen on superficial planes. The herbs that repair damage often require days, weeks, or months to complete their work, producing unfelt or unseen results until function is restored. Herbs that assist function or relieve problems can work within minutes to hours.

8. Do herbs remedy every core problem?

With a gentle caveat, herbs possess the capability to remedy every core problem. But because we are more than just material elements, we are also vibrational, our mind-set, our ability to receive and release nutrition and toxicity, and our genetic patterns play a role in the use of herbal medicinal efficacy.

9. Are more people using herbs than drugs?

There is a growing interest and choice of using herbs over drugs. One aspect of people’s renewed interest in herbs is the growing resistance to using potentially hazardous drugs – the medical cure often being worse than the disease. Herbs facilitate biochemical activities at a cellular level thereby improving health throughout the body. Nature’s medicinal plants are vast warehouses of multiple vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats, alkaloids, glycosides, enzymes, steroids, and natural antibiotics often contained within a single plant. Chemical drugs are often refined plant derived compounds, keeping only the active ingredient, and removing all the supportive elements, which stresses the body to manufacture all the cofactors that would allow the ingredient’s use.

10. What scientific evidence supports the use of herbs over drugs?

As is evidenced by disclaimers accompanying pharmaceutical drugs disclosing their harmful side-effects, all science recognizes the difference between detrimental and compatible elements. The universal scientific axiom recognizing all living things as vibrational, points to detrimental vibrations producing damage, and compatible vibrations producing maintenance or growth. The science of frequencies that produce healing have been used by world-renowned medical doctors and scientists of esteemed repute, such as Hans Jenny of England, inventor of Cymatics, and Dr. Royal Raymond Rife of America. Rife, a pleomorphic cellular biologist, determined the frequencies of morphological bacteria and viruses, and was able to eliminate their destructive presence in human bodies, curing cancer, tuberculosis, and many other diseases. Along side such greats, Jonathan: Thunder: Wolf (deceased) and Morning: Spirit: Wolf, Professors and Doctors of Raphaology Medicine, developed the use of frequencies present in herbs and foods to repair damage done by acids, toxins, and parasites, thus eliminating their diseased symptoms, and restoring complete health.

11. Why should I choose Peak Herbs over other brands?

Peak Herbs are Peak Frequency Plant Therapy, providing the most concentrated, high quality, medicinal properties and delivering more healing benefit per liquid drop due to strict adherence to ancient, traditional, state-of-the-art elemental, and hands-on technology. Found only within the practice of Raphaology™ Medicine, Peak Herbs supply the true answer for every healing and lifestyle need.

12. Are liquid herbs better than capsules?

Liquid extracts carry the highest enzymatic activity, giving rise to more potent absorption, use, and healing power. Liquid herbs over capsules contain more grams of herbal properties per unit, are absorbed more quickly, and are easier to take.

13. How do they taste?

Peak Herbs taste delicious. Extracted in an oil and water-soluble base of vegetable glycerin oil, the sugars of plant oils, the sweetness transforms less desirable tasting herbs into very palatable tastes. Not only do Peak Frequency Plant Therapy Herbs taste good, they carry the active ingredients to stimulate digestion, and offer improvement to every system function.

14. Are there side-effects?

Yes, there are side-effects, the desirable kind – healing. Healing involves the replacement of old, toxic substances with supportive, nutritive compounds; detoxification. The symptoms of detoxification resemble “being sick” to some degree with the possibility of mild body or headache, rash, or nausea, all of which come and go quickly, letting you know that you are not really sick, just getting the bad stuff out.

15. Do I have to detoxify, and why?

In order to heal and repair damage the body does have to get rid of toxins and pathogenic anti-bodies that are damaging to the organs, glands, and other functions of the body, but this is neither a long nor a painful process. If toxins are not removed, the curative effect is limited because toxic presence causes continuous damage even as repairs are made. Healing does not start with detoxification, but with repairing. Once repaired organs and restored functions are achieved, the toxins can be easily, quickly, and painlessly escorted from the body by a fully functioning immune system.

16. What role does food play in healing?

Enzymes in foods play the most important role in digest-ability. A food may be loaded with vitamins and minerals, but if these nutrients are not accompanied by enzymes their properties will go to “waste” or produce toxins. A visual confirmation of this is achieved by an apple and a pear being placed on your kitchen counter and left unattended. Checking their status weeks later will show that the pear has become a darkened, oozing mass of decomposed elements while the apple remains virtually the same, indicating that the pear has high enzymatic content, literally digesting itself, readily releasing its nutritive compounds to the environment. The extremely low-level of enzymes in the apple are stressful to the body in its efforts to produce enzymatic levels adequate to break down and utilize the apple’s properties. The foods suggested on the Peak Frequency Foods list are those highest in enzymes and nutrients and are intended to boost organ function while repair work takes place by the herbs. Food is the glorious variety of textures, aromas, tastes, colors, and pleasures that the human body requires as one of the ways to consume light, and which the body uses to make hormones and fuel organ function. Without proper foods our health cannot be achieved or maintained.

17. Can herbs cause allergic reactions?

Yes. Occasionally people may have reactions to herbs that may cause a healing reaction, a strong detoxification, or cause an allergic response by moving out histamines and contaminated build-ups in the body. We highly recommend that NO herbs be taken unless they have been checked by a Raphaology practitioner specifically for your individual body, or if you have safely taken a known herb previously without any critical reaction.

18. Can herbs reduce/mitigate symptoms?

Since science and medicine take herbs seriously enough to reproduce them in chemical form, herbs are serious medicine with the ability to reduce, mitigate, and eliminate symptoms. Herbs also have the added benefit of not producing harmful side-effects in the organic body. Each herbal medicine possesses one or more properties that remedy the core issue of problems, thus eliminating its symptom, or they relieve causal symptoms by helping the body perform a weakened function.

19. Can I take too much?

Yes – too much of a good thing is still too much. ONLY take amounts recommended by your health care provider, or if self-dosing use minimal amounts as suggested.

20. What happens if I take too much?

Because herbs are detoxifying and repairing excess herbal action can send one into a healing crisis, where everything happens too quickly, producing acute biological reactions. Signs of excess might be: headache, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, heart palpitations, bloating, or body aches. There is no need to worry, herbs are NOT damaging and are simply speeding up the healing process. Should such reactions occur, use neutralizing foods such as goat milk or yogurt, red potatoes, 1/4 tsp Real Salt dissolved in 1 cup water, or 1 Tbsp. olive oil. These may be combined with calming herbs such as TNF (Toxin Neutralizing Formula), chamomile, alfalfa tea, or lavender essential oil applied topically to spine, feet, head, and neck.

21. Are there herbs that should not be taken together?

If you are using Peak Frequency Plant Therapy herbs, then they can all be used together, especially as directed by your Raphaology Practitioner. However, there are many other herbs that should NOT be taken together, for example pau D’arco, catsclaw, wormwood, and St. John’s Wort.

22. Are there herbs that should not be taken with prescription drugs?

As with all chemical reactions, organic or synthetic, some are beneficial and some are harmful. Always know the combined effect of chemical reactions of ANY substance that you ingest. Here are a few guidelines:

· DO NOT take kava-kava with antidepressants (it will exacerbate depression).

· DO NOT take hawthorn berry with hypertensive (high blood pressure) Rx medication (it will facilitate blood pressure going too low).

· DO use Folic acid to prevent mouth sores and/or hair loss when combined with chemotherapy.

· DO NOT use herbs or B-complex with chemotherapy.

23. Is it ok for pregnant women to take herbs?

Yes! Pregnancy is one of the best and most needed times to take herbs. All herbs used in Peak Frequency Plant Therapy are safe and effective for pregnancy, including mother and child. Herbs to use freely:

Alfalfa
Chamomile
Echinacea
Golden rod
Horsetail
Noni
Passion Flower
Peppermint
Red raspberry leaves
Sarsaparilla
Thyme
White Willow bark

There are herbs to avoid during pregnancy such as:

Black cohosh
Coltsfoot
Comfrey
Ephedra
Goldenseal
Lobelia
Mugwort
Pau D’arco
Pennyroyal
Squaw vine
Valerian
Yarrow

Lobelia may cause dilation of cervix, penny royal may cause expulsion of fetus, black cohosh and squaw vine may cause premature labor, and valerian may cause uterus to stop contracting.

24. What about nursing women?

Herbs can both facilitate milk production or stop it. All Peak Frequency Plant Therapy herbs can be safely used during lactation. Please remember that everything mother eats is present in breast milk. If a pregnant woman is eating beef, chicken, or farmed fish, or is drinking cow’s milk she is already taking huge amounts of un-prescribed drugs and is passing them on through mother’s milk. It is best to pass along pure nutrition from herbs and foods.

Herbs for Lactation:

· Starting – Marigold and Blessed Thistle herbs (used together), and/or stinging nettles in tea, capsules, or tinctures can be used for inducing lactation (even if child is adopted) or for increasing milk production (use small amounts often).

· Stopping – Sage herb in tea, capsules or tinctures can be used to dry up and stop milk production (use small amounts often).

25. What’s the difference between plants as foods and herbs?

Medicinal herbs are nature’s healing plants with the ability to repair damage, and have been safely used by generations for millennia for every kind of ailment. They remain the basis of all pharmaceutical drugs today. High enzyme foods, Peak Frequency Foods, are phyto-nutrients, possessing the capability to super boost every known and unknown function, providing what it takes to really be alive today.

26. Is it important that herbs and foods be used together?

Yes, this is how the most potent healing occurs. Using the two plant (phyto) based properties together produces the most effective and complete healing possible. When Phytoceuticals from herbs that posses the properties for repairing damage to organs are combined with Nutriceuticals from foods that posses the ability to boost gland and organ function they become a potent life supporting team. Both are loaded with light/frequency energy to restore complete health for body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

27. Can animals take herbs?

Yes, animals respond to herbs in the same way humans do. Animals instinctively select plants that have curative reactions, and exercise their inherent ability to know which herb to use for what problem. Most of the same herbs for specific human organs can be applied to animals.

Why Use Peak Herbs?

Why Use Peak Frequency Herbs?

Our individual bodies are spontaneous, self-regulating, health seeking, organic instruments designed to function in a state of perfect health. The fact is, without any effort on our part, our bodies will automatically maintain themselves at the most peak level of health which it is capable under the circumstances of existence we create in our lives.

However, if we are putting dead and artificial foods into our bodies, drinking every kind of fluid except what the body really needs (water), and accepting drugs (food and pharmaceutical grades), pesticides, and environmental pollutants as part of our daily lives, we have just severely complicated this simple process by debilitating the body from doing what it was designed for.

Herbs are the ONLY true healing power, possessing the ability to repair damage done to any body organ or process, and restoring Creator given abilities to the human body; the ability to heal and experience joy.

What are Peak Frequency Herbs?

Peak Frequency Plant Therapies are great tasting, liquid herbal extracts that are easier to swallow and digest than pills or capsules. As concentrated potency, they provide immediate healing results for adults, youth, and infants as well as animals.

How Peak Frequency Herbs Work

When we supply the body with energy infused, healthful, high caliber elements our bodies can do what they are created to do; heal and sustain vital energy. The human body is created of cells of all types: tissue, bone, muscle, organ, hair, etc. More than that, the body is electro-magnetic in nature. Overall the body is a living, energetic miracle! If you take into consideration that we each started out as a single cell which divided into two, then four, and so on, did you ever stop to wonder how the division of all those cells knew to separate into the individual forms and features of our body? Or that each individual body cell contains enough information to totally reproduce you in your entirety?
