Return Policy

You may return or exchange any products if it is unused and in salable condition. 

We will offer an exchange (and pay for return shipping and reshipping) for the following reasons:

• We sent you the wrong product, color or size
• The product is physically defective when you received it

We will offer a 70% refund for the product (shipping is NOT refunded) for the following reasons:

• You ordered the wrong product
• You changed your mind about the purchase

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be requested within 2 weeks from the receiving date.  If requested after 2 weeks of receiving, we reserve the right to refuse a return.
